Terms of service

1. The service

RelayTokens is an independent model gateway. It provides a prepaid API, a dashboard, and a web playground for the models listed on the pricing page. RelayTokens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI. Model names and marks belong to their owners.

2. Eligibility and account

You access the service with an access code and a signed session cookie. You are responsible for the access code, the browser session, and every action taken with them. RelayTokens does not perform identity verification. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in your jurisdiction.

3. Prepaid balance

Balance is prepaid usage, not a deposit, security, investment, or stored-value instrument. Balance is consumed by model requests at the rates shown in the live catalog. Balance is non-refundable except when the operator chooses to grant a refund. Balance does not earn interest and is not transferable.

A SOL payment is added only after the server verifies the transaction signature, memo, sender, treasury destination, and amount. A payment that fails verification, expires, or is reversed is not added.

4. Rates and availability

Model prices, availability, context limits, and routing can change. The live catalog is the current offer. Provider outages, model retirements, rate limits, and provider policy can interrupt service. RelayTokens does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific model version.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• violate the model provider's terms or any applicable law;
• generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or targeted abuse;
• evade rate limits, redistribute keys without authorization, or share a key publicly;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service or another customer's use.

The operator may pause or close an account, refuse a payment, or revoke a key to enforce these rules or comply with a provider requirement.

6. Customer content

You retain responsibility for prompts, files, and outputs. Do not send secrets, personal data, or regulated data to a model unless you have the right to do so and accept the provider's data handling. RelayTokens stores request metadata and token counts; prompt content is not intentionally retained by the proxy.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Model output can be wrong; you are responsible for verifying it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. The operator's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for balance in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Changes

The operator may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after an update accepts the updated terms.
